You know how Smogon says Volcarana can work really good on a rain team due to Hurricane, despite that rain lowers Fire-Type moves and raises Water-Type moves that are Super Effective against Volcarana?

Well, is there a Pokemon like Volcarana, except for sun teams? Like a Pokemon normally would be on a rain team, but can unexpectally work on a sun team too?

Thanks for answering. I have a harder one. I was in a battle and I did Sunny Day and my Pokemon knew Chlorophyll. My opponent proceeded to do Shell Smash and managed to outpace me. If speed is increased by two levels how much does that equal? I am assuming more than half since I was faster before that was done.

No, stats go back to normal when you switch out.

Minun can pass NP and Wish as well, but that is about his only use. Togekiss, on the other hand, is extremely viable as a special sweeper as well as a BP'er. I only want to raise one Togekiss. Should I make him a BP'er or special sweeper? Along with this topic, how viable is Minun as a BP'er in UU and OU? (This is for Gen 4 btw)
