i've never used it, but sub punch brelloom is pretty good. i don't think there are really any other sets fr breloom, especially since its not that common in OU. also, i think this was supposed to be in the general discussion thread. maybe not. this one I'm not sure about.

well, a slow ttar is garunteed sand. you could try a metagross. slow but strong. also, any pokemon you intend to use for trick room should be slow, with 0 speed EVs and maybe 0 IVs. i dunno much about trick room teams, though.

I do not fully understand IVs & I also do not want to use any pokemon where Hidden Power is a must.

So far, I'm thinking a Mixed T-tar with Superpower, Crunch, Fire Blast & Ice Beam & a Calm Mind Reuniclus.

Would like suggestions for pokemons that uses Stealth Rock...
& I'm thinking of using a Forretress for Toxic Spikes, Spikes & Rapid Spin.

But I may use Ferrothorn instead... From what I understand, it beats any water pokemon without fire or fighting type attacks & with a MUCH higher special defense, it seems to be the more reliable option, but lacks Toxic Spikes...

For my sweeper, Landorus is standing out in my mind, as I don't like the idea of having 2 pokemons of the same type, unless they have no common weaknesses...

I'm not sure how the Dream World works & I don't have access to Wi-Fi, so try to keep recommedations I can get in-game for White, HeartGold & Platinum versions.

@General Volcanrona the trick is to have only 2 pokemon weak to one type. lower IVs mean lower stats, and with trick room, lowerspeed=higherspeed

if you don't have a wifi, how are you going to battle in the first place?

well, i have used a sd and bulk up breloom. both were pretty good. they were specially useful for defeating some of its counters.

I don't know if an attacking set is a great idea on a smeargle. Its stats aren't that great, and while it sets up it can get KOed. Nasty plot seems like a good idea, and I would also add spore. maybe another stat boosting move (depending on what pokemon i the party you want boosted) plus baton pass. You can make smeargle into a real effective support partner this way. If you look on smogon smeargle sets tend to be non attacking. Just watch out for pokemon with priority moves and with taunt.

I don't know if this computer will be good enough, but after finishing the team, I'll check it out...

& My aunt does have a better computer, but I wouldn't be able to battle often...

Speaking of which, I REALLY should have mention that at my aunt place, I DO have access to Wi-Fi, but like I said, I'm not there often.

It's another pokemon with Sand Stream, which would make it harder for opponents to take away my weather advantage...

Forretress & Ferrothorn can both use it if needed, they usually don't because a greater amount of pokemon learn Stealth Rock than Spikes & Toxic Spikes.

I already have a fully trained Metagross with Stealth Rock, but it's trained for a Smogon DPP strategy... I'm not sure if it holds up in BW... It has Stealth Rock, Bullet Punch, Meteor Mash & Earthquake.

While not as good as dpp, metagross will do pretty well as an sr setupper.

You will need only one weather setupper. Having more will be redundant since hippowdon isn't that good. It is outclassed by gliscor and skarmory if you want a physical wall.

While Heatran does have certain merits on a Sand team I wouldn't include it--unless it has any particular need. Try and go with what works: Ttar, Gliscor and Ferrothorn are staples. Anything that gives you trouble will allow for you to use a viable counter. Basically, find out what gives you problems.

And like said earlier, two sand users aren't necessary in OU, despite the constant presence of weather.
