Thread: The "Shit Tier"

Only Arbok has Coil. Therefore, Arbok should be "banned".

What is your criteria for a Pokemon being considered 'shit'? Usage statistics, BST, movepool, etc?

I think it's the factor of being completely unusable in even NU (or RU this gen).

Well, I think we need to narrow that down. Sure, Luvdisc is useless even in NU (RU, whatever) but things like Arbok have their uses and Raticate can work as a poor man's Swellow so it's not all bad. Hell, I've seen some pretty rape Linoone, and I even heard of some Ledian usage over in Ubers.

For baton pass maybe, but it's not one of the better abusers and NU is a notch below RU, I believe.

I'm considering closing this, because of the lack of explanation with it, are NFE Pokemon involved at with it? Pick these pokemon from some sort of reference point in the RU pokemon ratios.

Yeah, this topic is pretty much just a list of bad fifth generation RU and fourth generation NU Pokemon. I think we should wait until fifth generation NU is officially created before contemplating which Pokemon are unusable in the tier.

I'm casting my vote into closing the thread that goes nowhere slowly.

Eh, I guess it can be closed. But it still serves a function for people to discuss what 'mons they hope will be more useable, whether there's a "shit tier" or not.

Glaie's actually really good if you use him right. His stats are really balance so you can make him into anything you want.

Having 80 for all of its stats is mediocrity, not being balanced, even with Moody, Glalie will always be a poor spike layer at best.

This seems excessive, considering low NU will be this tier. Are NFE's evolved or not?

NFEs aren't evolved, hence the name XD. If you meant allowed, I'd definitely say so. Unless some eviolite users end up becoming too bulky for this tier. Heh.
