Moves: Fire Fang, Stone Edge, Outrage, Earthquake

Claydol @Light Clay
Nature: Relaxed
Moves: Light Screen, Reflect, Explosion, Stealth Rock

Ninjask @Focus Sash
Nature: Jolly
Moves: Swords Dance, Protect, X-Scissor, Baton Pass

Dusknoir @Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Moves: Gravity, DynamicPunch, Pain Split, Will 'O Wisp

Milotic @Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Moves: Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Recover, Hidden Power Electric

Two things. One, we need EVs and descriptions for each Pokemon. Two, this looks like an OU team according to Smogon (which pretty much everyone has to adhere to), and in that, Garchomp's banned.
