Very balanced team with some neat pokes and attacks. Attacks themselves on the pokemon do not all have perfect coverage but one pokemon's problem is another's plaything so you did great there.
It is a hyper offensive team since def. and sp. def. seem to be invested the least. Might I suggest putting in a wall or bulky defensive pokemon in there just so that you can switch it in to sponge attacks? also to spread around status, throw out entry hazards, phaze, maybe explode? whatever suits you best. if you switch pokemon in your battles they are gonna get hurt from big attacks because none have much investment in defense. You could make a more defensive gliscor (you gonna need to find one with poison heal however for best effect), or if not that, then try physical defensive pokemon like gliscor or donphan. Or specially defensive pokemon like eviolite chansey (if gen 5) or blissey. There are plenty more out there.
