Default How To Improve? (Generation V Ubers RMT)

Note: Although I can't remember if there's any major differences between them, I use Pokémon Online's tiers, not Smogon's, as well as using a tier that doesn't have Team Preview in it. Anyway, I'm asking how to improve my team here, wondering what to do with this team to make it better? I know I need something to beat E-Killer Arceus, since my whole team can have big problems with it and my two 'checks' to it are shaky at best.

    Doucheoxys (Deoxys-S) @ Light Clay
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Spikes
    - Taunt
    - Reflect
    - Light Screen

Deoxys-S is my lead, with max Speed, never being outsped and only having to worry about Prankster taunts. It is designed to both lead and anti-lead, taunting anything that plans to set it's own hazards and setting up screens and Spikes for the rest of the team. Doucheoxys is meant to die from the lead position.

    Reshitram (Reshiram) @ Choice Specs
    Trait: Turboblaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Blue Flare
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Draco Meteor
    - Flamethrower

Reshitram, the wallbreaker du jour. Beats out anything that doesn't have SpD boosts, especially under Groudon's sun due to it's perfect STAB coverage in Fire/Dragon. Dragon Pulse and Flamethrower are given as alternate STABs in case missing or SpA drops are unwanted and the power drops are acceptable.

Latiarse (Latias) (F) @ Soul Dew
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 112 HP / 204 SAtk / 192 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Recover
    - Psyshock
    - Dragon Pulse

Latiarse does one thing - beat Kyogre. Every single variant of Kyogre is forced to bow down to Latiarse and her phenominal Special Defense. She beats Calm Mind Kyogre by having Psyshock, she beats all choiced Kyogre by being resistant to Water Spout and having phenominal Special Defense and she beats all other Kyogre because Ice Beam doesn't have the punch to break through her. Once she's set up, she can rip gaping holes through the enemy team. Nothing survives, as even Chansey/Blissey falls to Psyshock.

    Ho (Ho-Oh) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Flame Charge
    - Sacred Fire
    - Brave Bird
    - Roost

Ho is meant to be the lategame sweeper. When Groudon has set the sun, Latiarse has eliminated Kyogre and Fucketress has disposed of Stealth Rock, Ho comes in, sets up Flame Charge and goes through what's left. Roost is given to let Ho's sweep not be cut short by being pecked.

    Groudon (Groudon) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Drought
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Dragon Tail
    - Stealth Rock
    - Thunder Wave

Groudon sets the sun, and with massive physical defense, often acts to take blows aimed at Latiarse, whilst phazing out anything that tries to set up on him. Built to support the team, Groudon bears Stealth Rock.

    Fucketress (Forretress) (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
    Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
    - Rapid Spin
    - Toxic Spikes (Might switch this)
    - Volt Switch
    - Gyro Ball

Fucketress spins and provides the token Steel type to take on Dragons. Given a lot of SpD investment to cope with Draco Meteors and similar. Not really that much more to say about this guy.

In terms of general speed, your teams seems pretty slow. Have you considered running Tailwind on Ho-oh to support Pokemon such as Reshiram who really benefit from the speed boost?

You shouldn't worry so much about ExtremeKiller Arceus. You have easily enough checks on your team that can come in after a Swords Dance and take it down (Extreme Speed Arceus is always going to take down something after it gets a boost up). You are also presuming that it can just freely switch in on your team. The only way it gets a really safe switch in on you it is it comes in on Ho-oh whilst it Flame changes or if it comes in to revenge. If you are really that worried about it then you could opt to change Reshiram for Dialga who is basically the best check in the tier to Arceus and also mildly benefits from sun being up.

Hmm, Tailwind's an interesting idea actually. I might also fix the speed problem by getting some Arceus forme in there where Reshiram was, maybe Steel, since the idea of Forretress actually taking on a Dragon is a bad joke.
