Well for Abomasnow there are really only two viable sets.
Offense (This set is incredible and can be found in my RMT here Welcome to Eden (Takaki's best 5th gen OU RMT)
Abomasnow (F) @ Expert Belt
Trait: Snow Warning
EVs: 212 Atk / 200 SAtk / 96 Spd
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Wood Hammer
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake/ Protect
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Defense (Defensive play in 5th gen is terrible so this is extremely niche):
Abomasnow (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Def / 144 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Protect
- Leech Seed
- Blizzard
I really don't think Forretress is a good spinner in BW2 regardless of team. It has no access to recovery and almost every good threat in the tier can set up on it. Tentacruel and Starmie are really the best spinners but obviously if you're set on Jellicent then you'll need to ensure you have the necessary threats covered for hail.
PM me and I'll rate your team.

So then what's a good move set for jello cent and foretress
@jellicent;
Smogon is your best friend as far as these movesets are concerned.

I guess with the rise of fighting moves and nerfing of Toxic in fifth gen Walrein is no longer too viable. I always thought Heatran was quite useful in hail.
I'm going to close this thread now. If you still want to make a team, you must put some effort into it. Create a team, with a central strategy and movesets, and then present it to us. You should try and make the team yourself, as that embodies the central point of competitive battling.
