Also, you don't need the Persim berry if you don't have outrage. Seriously, in double battles, Outrage isn't as good since you can't choose who to hit.

And regarding the above post, yeah, there are quite a lot of noobs online, I doubt you've fought that many people who were actually really good.

Well, they're both really fast(or the metagame is really slow. Either way...)

Yeah, you have to admit that lots of people are n00bs. Oh well. I'll change his moveset around later.

Chandelure has a base 80 speed, and Haxorus has a 99 base speed.

I think Chandle might have a Speed heightening Nature.

Even then, they shouldn't be at the same speed, unless Haxorus has bad speed IVs, and a Speed Hindering Nature.

Oh, I found out that I didn't Speed EV Hax to the max, so now he's faster. Oh well.

You probably should care about natures. Having a timid haxorus and a brave shadelure isnt gonna help you.

Umm... Hax has Jolly, which raises Speed...

Chandel has Naive, which I think also raises Speed...
