The last slot is really very nit-picky. No point in arguing over it now when we still have more pressing issues.

So, we're definitely running Abomasnow, Mamoswine and Landorus then.

I'll go ahead and nominate Walrein since it is a Hail team after all.

    Walrein @Leftovers
    Thick Fat or Ice Body
    Calm

    252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Sp. Def

    Moveset
    ~ Encore/Protect
    ~ Toxic
    ~ Scald / Blizzard
    ~ Protect / Roar

Its poor defensive typing is definitely made up by its 110/90/90 defenses and Thick Fat resistances OR healing 12.5% per turn. Great synergy with Landorus too.

Im iffy about Walrein, I just don't think it has any real staying power.

+1, I really like this idea. I think Roar is only usable if we're running Stealth Rock on Mamoswine, though. Personally, I would like to play Walrein more of a Protect stall, with the Ice Body/Leftovers/Toxic, with Encore to help set it the stall, or get a free switch for Mamoswine, which is frail specially (this set is specially bulky so I think that could work out). As for Scald/Blizzard, I think that depends on what the rest of our team is; If we run something that can cripple/deal with physical attacks or we want Walrein to try and do this, etc.

On that note, for the remaining team members, I want to suggest some combination of Alakazam, Starmie, Mienshao, or Jellicent. Jellicent is still our best spin-blocker should we run SR on Mamoswine, Starmie for dat Rapid Spin, Alakazam for some offensive pressure specially + immunity to hail/SR damage, Mienshao because it still works pretty well with a lot of our team.

Laugh at me for saying it, but maybe we could consider Stoutland too? I like Stoutland, and it's a good Tyranitar counter, Sand Rush + Choice Band Superpower OHKOs. I'm pretty sure that Scarf Stoutland is also able to outspeed and 2HKO Scarf Politoed with Wild Charge.

Thinking about it, Jellicent probably does a better job than Walrein at tanking special hits. Better typing and better special bulk (but worse physical bulk) than Walrein and it handles the many Fire and Steel attacks that are aimed at Hail teams. It can also acts as a spinblocker should we need it. Without Jellicent, the team so far has quite a weakness to Scizor, which also can handle many of our other options like Alakazam, Mienshao, etc should we run them. Jellicent takes little damage from its attacks and can hit it with a W-o-W or Scald and ruin it. It also helps against Balloon-tran, which would prove quite problematic.

    Also because it's relevant:

If facial hair is any indication of a Pokemon's viability, it should come as no surprise that Jellicent frequently finds a spot on teams

Bulky Jellicent is a godsend to hail teams, I'll second it.

With admirable bulk and ghost typing to block a good number of weaknesses in a hail team it can learn giga drain through Move tutor to counteract hail damage. Jellicent would be an invaluable member. cursed body is good to block sweeps and water absorb is best for doubles so cured body is probably better in this case.

Recover and/or leftovers can also stop hail damage. Although this means that you can't use recover, acid armor can be used to increase defense. If missing out on recover is not for you will-o-wisp can be used to cut attack without needing to forfeit recover. Jellicent has a nice offensive moveset available as well; including blizzard, brine and water spout.

I'm of the opinion that Water Absorb is better, and I can't be the only one.

Yeah, Water Absorb is always best. 3 immunities is very useful indeed.

    Jellicent (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Water Absorb
    EVs: 252 HP / 140 Def / 116 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Scald
    - Recover
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Shadow Ball/Blizzard.

These evs and moves look pretty promising. The evs allow us to take two Stone edge's from Scarf Terrakion who are team will likely struggle against whilst retaining enough special bulk to comfortably switch in on rain threats (Especially with Water Absorb). The moves may need work but I really like the ev spread.

Looks good to me, although I haven't ran calcs. Taunt/Toxic in the last slot though.

If we run Taunt then we need to run 44 speed as well.
