For Ursaring, I would recommend Brave nature, Guts ability and a Flame Orb. For moves, Bulk Up is good as it gives you two boosts, Attack and Defence, as well as giving a turn for the Flame Orb to activate. Once it activates, Guts will kick in, boosting Attack even more. Facade is a good move, as its attack power doubles when you have either a burn, paralysis, or poisoned. For other moves I would recommend Shadow Claw and Brick Break. You could breed for Close Combat if you want, but it lowers both defences.
The only problem with Ursaring + Flame Orb is that its basically a time bomb, as the burn will eventually make Ursaring faint (if your opponent doesn't already.

Any suggestions as to who should set it up?
And I suppose, I could use a Pokemon with Wish to heal Ursaring.
Any competent Wish users eligible for a Trick Room team?
I think I'll use Amoongus as well.

Under normal circumstances, posting twice in a row is against the rules.
I fixed it for you this time. Please edit your first post in the future if you want to add new information.
Sorry, won't happen again.

I'm not sure if it learns Trick Room, but a Brave Umbreon would work well, as it can have Wish, Curse and Toxic. It learns Payback and Curse, which is a good combination.
This is what I'm thinking...
Reuniclus: Magic Guard/Quiet/Life Orb
- Focus Blast
- Trick Room
Vanilluxe: Ice Body/Quiet/Shell Bell
- Ice Beam
- Flash Cannon
- Water Pulse
- Ice Shard
Amoonguss: Effect Spore/Quiet/Black Sludge
- Giga Drain
- Rage Powder
Audino: Regenerator/Quiet/Expert Belt
- Heal Pulse
- Shadow Ball
- Power Gem
- Earth Power
- Magnet Rise
Ursaring: Guts/Brave/Flame Orb
- Hammer Arm
- Bulk Up
- Fire Punch
Any sugggested alterations people?
Or is this good?
Oops, sorry about that.
I'm trying to get to battle Boss Ingo on the Super Single Train, but it's really hard. My team is this:
EV Spread: 6/252/0/0/0/252
- Dragon Claw
- Stone Edge/Rock Slide
EV Spread: 6/0/0/252/0/252
- Ice Beam
- Hydro Pump(Maybe Surf?)
- Grass Knot/HP [Grass 68]
EV Spread: 252/4/152/0/96/0
- Pain Split
- Shadow Sneak/Punch
- Night Shade
Any suggestions on how to change it? Or can you suggest a whole new team?

Alright, needing some emergency moveset advice for my VGC Trick Room Torterra. Should I go with Razor Leaf (Inflicts spread damage, which is always helpful and has a hight Crit rate), or Wood Hammer (More powerful and accurate, but cuts down my Torterra's Focus Sash).
