A Life Orb mixed moveset, like the one on Smogon, could also work providing you can get an Event Entei with Hidden Power Grass.
Thanks for the advice. I already got my Entei, so the odds of it having HP Grass are low, but I'll have to check.

Don't worry about HP Grass too much because it's assuming a) you are using it in UU and b) it is solely for Omastar, Kabutops, and Rhyperior so it is semi-situational.

Eh, does anyone have an EV spread for and evo stone Dusclops for OU? I'm thinking running WoW/Rest/Sleep Talk/Night Shade. Also running Pressure for funsies
Re: Simple Questions and Answers Thread for BST! (Read First Post)
To be honest, just experiment. I've seen all kinds of builds but if you're running WoW, maybe something like Bold 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SpD might work. That's what I used in the 4th gen, but maybe you should try it out and maybe do some damage calcs.

Dusclops @ Evolution Stone
Trait : Pressure
252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SpD
Impish Nature Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk
~ Will-o-Wisp
~ Seismic Toss / Night Shade
Dusclops @ Evolution Stone
Trait : Pressure
252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SpD
Impish Nature Nature (+Def, -SAtk) / Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
~ Pain Split
~ Will-o-Wisp
~ Seismic Toss
~ Night Shade / Trick Room
Try one of those. Thats pretty much all it can do.

Hey there guys~! I'm attempting to make my first doubles rain dance team and I wanted to ask a question. Out of the Pokemon in this list (including Smeargle for rarity) http://waitingforseedot.appspot.com/moveset?id=&id=&m=Rain+Dance&m=Thunder&m=Helping+Hand&m=, which one would be the best to set it up? Also, what could I add for the last move slot?
-Thanks~!
Re: Simple Questions and Answers Thread for BST! (Read First Post)
Perhaps Jolteon, which has the best stats out of all of those and also has the benefit of blistering speed. For the last slot, maybe HP Water (for coverage and benefits from rain) or Discharge (which hits both opponents but also your partner)?
rate my (soon to be) honchkrow
Anyways, I RNG'ed this thing here:
-murkrow

IVs: 21/24/31/31/30/31 (HP ghost 68) l ability: super luck
Nature: modest
anyway, I came up with a couple movesets for this guy.
@life orb
252 spA
252 HP
4 spe
~air cutter
~dark pulse
~nasty plot
~roost
The point of this set is basically setup sweeper. Comes in, nasty plots up, roosts off damage, proceeds to kill. Air cutter because with it's ability, super luck and AC's high chance for a crit, is great. also, it becomes a base 82 power attack, which is actually pretty good. dark pulse is alternate STAB.
OR
@burn orb
252 spe
124 spD
100 def
28 spA
~psycho shift
~roost/ substitute
~Air cutter
~Nasty plot
I find this is more of a crippler, especially for a physical attacker. It's purpose is to psycho shift a burn onto enemy pokemon, roost/ sub for protection. Same plan as above for AC and nasty plot. I am unsure about it's EVs.

Re: Simple Questions and Answers Thread for BST! (Read First Post)
So I'm about to make myself a sandslash for it's rapid spin and SR(yeah yeah, see it all the time, right?) But I'm a bit torn as for the other 2 moves. Here's the set:

Sandslash w/leftovers
Impish
252 def, 252 hp, 4atk
Attacks:
Stealth rock
Rapid spin
For the other 2 moves, I was thinking rock slide (no duh) and night slash (for crit chance.)
But I was also looking at poison jab, for it's ability to hit jumpluff and bellossom for some damage, and potentially poison anything else. Another move I was looking at was aerial ace, which too could hit jumpluff and bellossom, but could also hit poliwrath, medicham, and pinsir.
Thoughts?
Re: Simple Questions and Answers Thread for BST! (Read First Post)
Earthquake and Stone Edge.
Re: Simple Questions and Answers Thread for BST! (Read First Post)
^ To expand on CRACKADACTYL!'s post, Earthquake gets STAB with Sandslash, and you have to admit, 150 power (factoring in STAB) is not fun to get hit by. Stone Edge pairs wonderfully with Earthquake, hitting the Ground-immune Flying-types.
