Okay since I updated the rules roughly 2 weeks ago I thought it would be a good time to start enforcing them now since everyone should have read them by now.

So in this thread report any person that joined your tournament but never showed up, if you're having any problems, etc.

I will be making a list of people who are banned from tournaments in this thread when there are complaints starting to roll in.
