Go ahead. I can use your story for help, can't I?

Go ahead. I can use your story for help, can't I?

yeah. go ahead. you got no obligation to work on the game. it's my work, not yours.

Sorry, I got busy and distracted and... Yeah. Feel free to use the story! And btw, a cookbook actually does sound good for a game. Hmm.

But what recipes would go in there?
I'm guessing it would depend on the character's cooking skill, or you could find recipes scattered through the world.

both topaz. players could test out interesting recipes, learn knew ones. but there will be a pre-recorded listing of workable recipes.
Would the player already know what worked, or would they have to find that out themselves?

they would get a cookbook with a few recipes but they would have to practice through trial and error to understand the right concoctions.
Oh, so they would know the end result, but they would have to find the combination of ingredients to produce it

BTW, that sounds great.
Nothing to contribute.
Sorry 'bout that.

not exactly topaz. they would get recipes, but not all of the available recipes will be known. you'll have to study them yourself.
