Bio: Geo and his best friend grew up together in Celestic Town many years prior to his adventure. As they were the same age, just separated by two days, with Geo being older, they promised each other to go on a journey when they became eligible to become Pokemon Trainers. As a child, Geo was always calm and cool, if not cautious, while his friend was (at first) headstrong and confident. He would often get her out of jams with local bullies, even though he sometimes got injured. However, if she was ever hurt in any way, he would instantly switch to a more aggressive form to protect her, showing a tough side as well as a strong loyalty to his friend. They were inseparable as an end result. Despite being so young, he already displayed high wisdom, as one of his statements when growing up, coupled in with a line from the Sinnoh Time/Space Legend (read later), would ultimately evolve his rambunctious best friend into the form of beauty, grace, skill, and knowledge she would later become.
As the time drew nearer, and Geo was getting ready for his and his best friend's journey, tragedy struck hard. A rare illness struck him down, immediately requiring heavy medical treatment. With their shared dreams shattered and his promise to her torn apart, Geo was nearly overwhelmed with guilt. He was diagnosed with a rare, incurable heart condition call HBD, or Heart Bypass Disorder. Anyone being diagnosed with this illness would consider it a death sentence. Even the doctors had little hope Geo would survive. However, he defied everything. For many years totaling over a decade, Geo battled with HBD fiercely, not backing down. His motivation; to at least see his best friend one last time and apologize for failing his promise to her. He knew how successful she became, and fought tooth and nail in hopes that he could have one last chance to see her. Despite heavy odds, with all previous bearers of the illness having fallen to it, and despite his body weakening every day, he fought on. The doctors called him the "embodiment of willpower", amazed at how resilient and determined he was to win this never-ending battle. Finally, after four previous surgeries, they found the final cure. A breakthrough procedure that could rid him of HBD once and for all. He was the first to receive the new treatment and surgery. One surgery later, he was finally rid of HBD. However, the doctors cautioned him that, even with the illness itself gone, it still has left lingering effects on him, so he must not overdo it.
After returning to his new home of Twinleaf Town, Geo went right into physical therapy. His body had paid a heavy price for his years in the hospital, so he had to rebuild his strength. During that time, his family started to prepare him for a journey, the very same journey he was going to go on years ago. As they said, "Better late than never." Using this as motivation, Geo worked hard at physical therapy, and learned to harness his heart, controlling its beat, so not to let it overexert itself. He learned how to control his flow of adrenalin, learned how to be calm and level-headed in any situation, no matter how dire, and how to give calm judgments with a laser-like focus.
During his hospital stay, he spent most of his immense free time reading in the hospital's library. He researched every book he could get his hands on, and learned many facts on Pokemon, legends, and more. Also, he was given therapy Pokemon to help calm his nerves during treatment. As he talked to them, they talked back, and after a while, he started to understand them. He soon gained a unique trait; the ability to understand the hearts, minds, and souls of all Pokemon. It only fueled his desire to become a Trainer even more. As he said during his treatment, "Pokemon saved my life, now it's my turn to help them in any way possible."
Finally, after a few more years of physical therapy, Geo was ready. With a mission in his mind, the sun on his shoulders, the wind at his heels, and a song in his heart, he stepped into the world of Pokemon a Trainer with unlimited potential. While he missed out on getting a traditional Starter Pokemon for the Sinnoh Region, he instead got a female Ralts who he named Lora. They became fast friends. With Lora in his arms, Geo was set to see what the world had to offer him, and what he could offer to the world.
