I'd think Coldplay is a VERY long stretch, personally - there's a bit of a difference between indie and rock.

I dunno, pretty much every website that lists Coldplay anywhere says that they're a rock band. Alt. rock, whatever, I made sure to look up about them before I asked, I just wanted to see if it was okay. They're not exactly 'indie', anyway.
