I just want to check if I was connecting to the right server. Is the advanced connection 46.243.10.35:5080 ? If I used the wrong connection, I'm sorry. Also, if I used the wrong connection, can someone give me the right one?

I've got an advertisement idea. If you are frequently on Smogon, you'd know they are having a tournament based on regions. It's held once a year and seems to be very popular over there.

I know we're not a battling community like them, but maybe we should incorporate this into the future tournament that was planned (if it actually happens, I know there has been server issues). You know, to give the battlers something to look forward to each year.

Just an idea.

Anyone know how to set the server up on Linux? For the life of me I can't get it working, even with the P-O FAQ.

Hmm, I dont have my Linux computer anymore or I would troubleshoot. Though, have you tried Wine?

I have Windows on this computer, but I use Linux as my everyday OS and I dunno if it could support wine. Once I get my new computer (another few days,) I can run Windows all the time on this, although it runs slowly. But sooner is better.

I wish I still had the old computer that was running this, but its motherboard was fried. This computer seems to just be finicky.

Well, I don't know about the algorithm, but the server isn't up. It seems that this has been slightly forgotten.

Any news on this now. I would be very interested in something like this and I think the tournament idea would be a good one (maybe a main tournament during the Summer and then a Christmas Contest tournament). If the person/people who were hosting this don't want to anymore, I would be happy to, I keep my computer on all the time (I have a specific server computer for Minecraft).
