Thread: Zekrom vs. Reshiram

Who do you think would win in a battle, Zekrom or Reshiram? I think we all know Zekrom would win.

Well, even though we haven't seen either of them in a single battle yet, I guess I'd have to go with Zekrom cause it looks like he can learn some Water type attacks, which Reshiram is weak to. (Fire/Dragon type)

Dragon resists Water. It's normal effective.

Anyway, pointless comparison thread is pointless, we know nothing more than their name, appearance and typing. So essentially, you're asking "which one do you like better?".

Zekrom is part electric... I don't see how it can relate to water, though it has a little bit of blue on it. But that's electric.

Andddd... Dragon's resistant to water. :P

They both can learn Dragon type moves so there is an equal chance of winning a battle.

Either way, I prefer Reshiram, because everyone likes Zekrom.

They probably have the same speed, so it depends entirely on IVs, EVs or luck which one of the two will use its Dragon-type move first and score a OHKO.

Depends on the moves they learn, their stats and everything Unown Lord mentioned.

Well, we don't know what stats/movepools Reshiram and Zekrom have. I'm going with Reshiram for now (because its STAB typing (Fire/Dragon) provides near-perfect coverage, with Heatran being the only Pokemon to resist that combination).

We have no clue about anything move-wise, but I prefer Reshiram.

Reshiram, it is just simply more awseome and i prefer its look to Zekrom, who looks like an evil robot dragon and i dont like it. Reshiram just has this eerie, pretty thing going on.

Either one could win. It all depends on their stats and moves.

I think it would depend if Zekrom could survive a (possible) Choice Specs/Life Orb STAB Draco Meteor and retaliate with a (possible) Choice Band/Life Orb STAB Outrage.

I say Zekrom>Reshiram 'cause I like it better ;P

Clearly Zekrom would win if it had higher speed and attacked with Earthquake, however Reshiram could do the same.
