Thread: Who's the Best Commander/Administrator?

The Galactic Commanders are the best, IMO. They have the best designs, interesting personalities, awesome hair, and actually seem like a threat. Plus, they're really the only non-team leaders I've taken interest in.

And Mars and Jupiter are smexy. Just sayin'.

Galactic Administrators are by far the best. They had their interesting quirks. I also couldn't take Mars and Charon/Pluto seriously and they made me laugh a bit whenever they appeared. Plus all of them with the obvious exception of the genius old man were fun to battle.

Shelly, Mars and Jupiter. Because they are all hawt.

Seriously though, I did like the sarcasticness that Shelly and Mars had.

Jupiter. Her interactions with Looker make me laugh.

Neo Team Rocket admins were the best. Each of them stood out from the grunts. Their plans involved teamwork, instead of solo-jobs led by commanders.

I like Team Rocket's admins the best, since they have really distinct personalities (& Team Rocket is my favorite team)
Team Galactic's admins are my second favorite. I just think it's cool how they all have different outfits (like, really different, not the sorta tweaked outfits Team Rocket's admins got)

Am I the only one who's gonna say Tabitha? An insane dude with a gender-blended name who has a double battle against the sexy Maxie in Emerald? You know that's my admin. <3

After that, Proton and his sexy tush. Shame HGSS ruined any chance to actually have the admins seem threatening. :/ What a waste of good designs.
