I choose Volkner through Sinnoh pride, as well as not knowing too much about Kamitsure.

That does make me wonder if Lt. Surge is from Isshu? I mean Isshu is based on NY (THE US) so... maybe Kamitsure could be his daughter/Neice/Cousin

But yeah Volkner is awesome but Kami is Awesome and hot and has headphones... anyone find it weird she isn't wearing a military getup though?
