Since we're talking about memes here, how about these:
Anyway, to prevent from an irrelevant post, Mudkip is my choice, since it's more useful, and it would have been my Gen III starter.
I ran the now-defunct Claim-a-Move Thread. I also claimed Lightning Strike, Marshtomp, Motor Drive, Magic Guard, and Azure Flute (probably also expired, but who cares, as long as you know that I'm the ruler of everything).
In the 2012 era, I have unfairly won America*'s Warrior Cats Mafia (and a few ones before).

And well, at least the Smugleaf meme has more thought behind it than just a phrase. Sometimes it can be actually funny. But I can't stand the Mudkip thing.

Despite that, I'd probably say Snivy has the better meme. The Mudkip meme only really forces its way in when someone mentions Mudkip, while with Snivy, you can throw a U MAD quote with Snivy in it onto about any boastful saying.
