And well, at least the Smugleaf meme has more thought behind it than just a phrase. Sometimes it can be actually funny. But I can't stand the Mudkip thing.

Despite that, I'd probably say Snivy has the better meme. The Mudkip meme only really forces its way in when someone mentions Mudkip, while with Snivy, you can throw a U MAD quote with Snivy in it onto about any boastful saying.

Snivy's design looks better than Mudkip's "Mud fish" deisgn, and I usually prefer Grass-types over Water-types.
I think Snivy is the better meme, but I prefer Mudkip as a Pokemon.
