Deoxys is Uber, Shuckle's NU. I'll let you figure it out from there.
I'll go with Shuckle, actually. Deoxys is cool, but I've always loved Shuckle's slightly derpy design.

Shuckle as it epic power of epicness and pwn will own every thing.

In a real battle however Deoxys would kick its ass.

But ill have to go with Shuckle because its that epic!

I love shuckle, put it against anything ill probably pick the shuckle.

Edit: I have no idea why i would have shuckle use toxic twice.
throw in a dig between protects.

I think Deoxys is greater than Shuckle, because it has multiple formes (each extremely powerful), and has a very interesting back-story.

Shuckle. Looks like a turtle that was shot repeatedly with a gun.

I'd say Deoxys but Shuckle seems like an epic troll with the new moves it gets every generation.

Shuckle vs Deoxy's? Deoxy's has got no chance.

Why? Shuckle uses Derp attack, OHKO.

Actually Shuckle gets this cool move called Power Share where it averages both pokemon's attacking stats... so after one turn Shuckle and Deoxys both have mediocre attacking stats, except that Shuckle has its massive defenses where Deoxys has its paper bag defenses.

I voted Shuckle because I like him far more than Deoxys. And I feel non-legendary Pokemon are stronger than legendary ones. You just gotta play them right.

It's trollin' time! I gotta test this out on PO, haha. I bet Shuckle is going to piss a lot of people off. Especially since no one comes prepared for it. Unless they play NU. Then possibly.

Shuckle is pretty cool for having that derp face. But my 2nd fav. legendary happens to be Deoxys sooo....

Wobbuffet is also Uber, and I don't think it would stand a chance against Shuckle in a 1 Vs 1.
Anyway, I voted for Shuckle, because it's my favorite Troll Pokémon, and one of my favorite overall. With Power Split, Toxic, Protect/Knock Off and Rest, there's not much that can get rid of it. Shuckle is epic.
