Seviper's got a Knife for a tail. Seviper.

Which will win? Seviper has the better movepool. A LOT BETTER.

They learn all the same moves. Arbok can learn Poison Tail by Breeding. It cannot learn moves like Flamethrower and Giga Drain though.

Seviper looks significantly better than Arbok who is extremely bland.

Ultimately it would depend on strategy and partner Pokemon, but probably Seviper.

I prefer Arbok, because it carries with it all the fond memories of classic Pokemon. How could you forget Team Rocket, Arbok and Weezing?

Seviper as I think it has better stats and can be a good mixed attacker.

Also I like its looks better then Arbok.
