I perfer Roggenrola, the name is catchy, its evolutions are kind of cool looking, and it has less of a water weakness. However, Geodude does look better as a base form, and between the two Geodude has an advantage with the Ground-type, but overall, I still like Roggenrola.

Gigalith and Gantoru are way cooler than Golem and Graveler.

Roggenrola. It's the most adorable rock type out there. And Geodude has wore out its welcome over a decade ago.

Anyway, Dangoro looks weird, so I'm going with Geodude.
One is a rock vagina named after Rock'n'Roll.
The other is a brown face with arms.

Roggenrola looks much more interesting than Geodude, and works as a better tank, in my opinion.
Roggenrola. It is much more interesting.
- has much more color schemes than Geodude.
- evolves into cooler Pokemon.
- less obnoxious, due to it being new.
- not as prominent as Geodude in all the older regions. IMO
