Who's better?

Umm Moltres hands down...

Both are epically awesome, but Moltres would obviously dominate over Regice in a battle.

Regice has the better design. Moltres is a phoenix which is so overused.

Moltres would win, but that wasn't exactly the question. I like Regice's design more, so I'll say Regice is better.

Regice is literally nothing but an oversized ice cube. Moltres has flaming wings, a crest and a tail. The better design goes to the bird IMO, even though I like Regice better. And a phoenix has only been used twice in Pokemon, a lot less than some other creatures such as weeds and rodents.

I like how Slowflake says Regice is an "overgrown popsicle" Sorry if I misspelt that, in England we call it a lolipop (no, not lolicon.)

Uh, Regice, it's my 2nd favourite Regi.

I like both of them but overall its Moltres. Moltres seems more deadly to me and it has a cool looking design. But I love Regice's anime voice.

Regice has an awesome design and is my favorite Regi. Moltres's the most boring legendary bird, so quite obivious I like Regice over Moltres.

Overgrown popsicle is a great description. Slowflake is very funny. But someone else will probably have thought of calling it that too.
