Thread: Old vs New

VS.

An odd showdown. We have the Old Johto Dex versus the New Johto Dex. I'm not talking in game Dex. Just thhe artwork. Which do you prefer?

I myself prefer the new one. It retains the neat shape of the original while streamlining it and making it very pleasing to the eye.

The new one. There's no contest, really. You're comparing one of the worst to the very best...

I like the old one better.

I sorta like the old one because it looks like a gamboy color. But really i think the new one looks more realistic...

The new one looks pretty snazzy and easier to use, a must for this generation's technology.

Even though just looking at the old one gives me so much nostalgia, the new one has a much better design and is a lot more modern.

New one. Old one has too much going on and is designed poorly... I mean, that little cover on the right that you can slide off?

Older. I hate touch screens, plus the older one looks like a gameboy!
Though i admit the newer one looks more practical.

There's not much of a difference between them aside from the fact the new one's a touchscreen and the older one's a bit bulkier. Nevertheless, I do have to say I prefer the newer one, although the old one is very nostalgic.

Newer one but still i was going to pick the older one due to silver being my first game.

I find the new dex easiler to use and generally better
