Lol, when i read the question i thought it said "witch Rafia".
Both are awesome, but Mismagius wins by a wee bit.
Mismagius because I feel sorry for it. :-p
Mismagius. Higher speed + Honchcrows paper defences = DEATH
Honchkrow. Purely because I prefer pimp hats to witch's hats.
Mismagius. Works wonders on my UU team, and I like the design better.
Mismagius because the eerieness somehow looks beautiful
A witch vs. a godfather. Honchkrow is most likely the better choice because STAB Sucker Punch can really hurt Mismagius due to its low physical defense.
