In Battle: Mew, better move choices
Your Personal Favorite: Mew
Who Has The Better Ability: Mew; Synchronize makes status moves backfire, while Celebi's Natural Cure means you have to switch. If it's a 1v1... Celebi's helpless against status.
Who Has The Better Typing: Mew, less weaknesses
Who Is Harder To Obtain: Celebi, since it only appears in GSC and HGSS for events.
Who Has The Better Design: Mew; pink cat thing > bug/sprite thing
Celebi is pitiful compared to the awesome might of Mew:drowsy:.
In Battle: Closse now with Mew. It really deoends on the team but I think I'll go with Mew because Celebi's main buff- checking rain- can be done better by a lot else.

Who Has The Better Ability: In terms of logistics definitely Celebi since Mew hates status whilst his opponent may not.
Who Has The Better Typing: Both of their roles don't rely on it too much but Celebi for rain and Mew for any other weather. Both about the same against balance teams (Celebi has better STABs though).

Who Has The Better Design: Celebi is really nicely designed in Pokemon4Ever but the Mew sprite is better.

Celebi! Love movie 4 and its been a staple in my team for a long while now. Design wise, it may look like an onion (and when it was dying in movie 4, it looked like a rotting onion, blergh) but its so pretty!
I chose both since both are Psychic types.
I choose mew, Best movepool of any pokemon Cuter design, I like kitties more then fairys, Mew is best when it comes to movesets, no need for cheating devices to get a pokemon with an illegal moveset just get a mew :D Mew also has a good ability, sorry arceus, mew has better abilites. My pick is 100% mew. Also in the first movie... mew is the rarest, fuji claims that mewtwo is a clone of mew. He says mew is the rares tand strongest pokemon of all, no contest mew won!
