I picked Meowth mostly because of comic relief and Pay Day. :-)
But if this was evos, I'd go with Weavile because of his epicness and power. That almost got me to pick Sneasel...
I like Sneasel best. ^o^
Sneasel and Weavile'll beat all of them.
Sneasel. Though I love Skitty so much, both Sneasel and Weavile are the only Pokemon on here that can actually fight well.
Sneasel. I really like its design compared to the other.
Sneasel. It's my favorite ice type since I'm just a sucker for Pokemon with sharp claws.
Skitty does get points for being adorable, though.
Meowth! I've always liked its design and it has proved to be a great Pay Day user and Pickup slave in FR :P
in battle, sneasel/weavile would be most useful I think.

my choice? I would want a Meowth (payday to make me rich!!) & Purrloin.
I chose Skitty! It's so cute and pretty much one of the best in battle.
Skitty is so adorable! It's like one of those always-happy animals you see being given away on the street and its looking at you like "Pick me! Pick me!"
