Thread: Marshtomp VS. Dewott

Dewott every day of the week.

Dewott purely for the move Razor Shell :3

The Design: Marshtomp. Maybe its because I like the mudkip line more.. In my opinion, Oshawott looks like a Piplup and a Bidoof bred them.
The Result: As much as I like Marshtomp, I would say.. Dewott. He looks more like a fighting type, while Marshtomp is sorta.. muddy.

I prefer the Mudkip line. haha.

I prefer Marshtomp mainly because I used him in both my Ruby and Emerald playthroughs. Swampert is just a beast, and I'll always love him. The B/W Starters are just a bit... boring to me. Serperior is alright, Emboar is a generic Fire/Fighting with poor speed, and Samurott is just a generic Water type with a generic water type moveset (sorry to all the Samurott fans).

Meh , to me Serperior is a beast and he helped me in the Elite Four and I can't ever forget him.

In Marshtomp vs Dewott , I prefer Dewott since Marshtomp was dissapointing compared to Dewott , Dewott looks kickass , Marshtomp looks retarded and ugly to me .

Who has the better design?: Dewott is cooler looking, but Marshtomp is sort of cute, if you know what I mean. I'll just give it to Dewott for having a better shiny forme (pink is just horrendous on the poor mudfish).

Who would win?: Dewott, since Marshtomp is Water/Ground.

Who do you prefer?: I prefer Marshtomp.

Dewott is also ready to fight unlike Marshtomp who looks Derpy.

Well, I prefer Dewott because he is a pretty cool otter with interesting weaponry (razor shells), and I can see Dewott showing more style in attacking. Besides, Dewott can learn Grass Knot, which Marshtomp hates.

I think Marshtomp's a pretty cool guy. eh is part-Ground and doesn't afraid of anything except for Grass-type attacks.

In all seriousness though I prefer Marshtomp. The Oshawott line seemed a bit boring to me, and I guess the fact that Mudkip was my first ever Pokemon makes me a bit biased.

Dewott looks much nicer than Marshtomp, and his evolution is better.
