    Manaphy, no question about it. It's the original, and Phione's features just look kind of odd in comparison.

    Manaphy is more exclusive than Phione, and makes a fair "Bulky" Pokémon in competitive battling.

    I gotta go with Manaphy. It's just better, plus it is actually considered a legendary.

    Manaphy. It would win in a fight and it is much harder to get. If you have a Manaphy, you could get as many Phiones as you want.

    Manaphy. Phione is one of the pokemon from gen 4 I extremely hate and wished it didn't existed. Phione is just a clone of Manaphy whos base stats just dropped by 20.
