Groudon is way cooler than some Ogre
Groudon is way cooler than some Ogre
i like groudon more because it learns grass, fire, and ground moves, while kyogre only learns water and ice moves
I like both, but I like Groundon better. Ruby was my first Pokémon game, Groundon my first legendary. When I first saw it I literally jaw dropped, and I was really hysterical after catching it with one of my last Pokéballs haha. It's also the only gen III pokémon for which I bought a figurine that can slash and open its mouth xD
its true that kyoger hase an atvantage but groudon is still cooler.
I CLAIM TYPHLOSION!!!!!!
Kookaburra sits on a rusty nail
Gets a boo-boo in his tail
Cry, Kookaburra! Cry, kookaburra!
Oh how life can be!
Kookaburra sits on the electric wire
Jumping up and down with his tail on fire
Ouch, Kookaburra, ouch!
Kookaburra, hot your tail must be!
Groudon vs Kyogre.
Groudon's Drought made the sunlight harsh!
Kyogre used Hydro Pump, its super effective!
Groudon used SolarBeam, its super effective and a critical hit!
Kyogre fainted =)

Kyogre would win the battle, because Water is super-effective against Ground. Besides, Kyogre could destroy the human race, while Groudon would just destroy the food chain.

Catching a Pokémon: Throwing Poké Balls over and over and expecting a different result.
Groudon...I usually prefer blue to red but Groudon just looks cooler.

Electrode has a height of 3'11 and a weight of 146.8 lbs. Assuming that it is a shape of a perfect sphere in which its diameter is its height, one can easily calculate its density is 73.6 kilograms per cubic meter. As the density of water is 1,000 kilograms per meters cubed, it should be able to easily float on water carrying something as heavy as 2,000 lbs...but it can't learn Surf."- Chuggaaconroy
Anyway, I like Kyogre's design way better, but I can't vouch for either in usefulness seeing as I avoid using legendaries at all. Kyogre it is.
I prefer Kyogre. It looks better
In a battle, it would depend on the speed. Still, Groudon only has Solarbeam against Kyogre, who has Water spout, Hydro Pump, Surf, Ice beam, etc.
And overall, rain is much more useful than sun anyway

And this time I have another reason than my love of water type.
Me VS my friend. I have Kyogre, he has Groudon.
It ended up with Groudon and sunny day, but thought still to give it a go since both were on same level.
...Groudon was faster and I got a nice shot of solarbeam in sun conditions on my face...
Suprisingly, Kyogre didn't lose even half of it's HP and returned the present with water spout, OHKO:ing Groudon and rest of his team.
It was the first time I EVER won him, so he was pretty suprised.
Later he has tried to get a revance against Kyogre with Thunderpunch Groudon,
but Kyogre has allways won until this day.
I love you and your water spout!
The weathe rTrio are easily yhe most powerful pokemon on the planet (The Dragon Trio doesn't count they live in another realm) they control the weather and during Emerald Poke-Earth would have been destroyed by Kyogre and Groudon's battle if Rayquaza hadn't intervened but Saphaire was my first Gen III game so Kyogre
No matter what, even if it is sunny, Kyogre will still win, as (oddly) the sun does not affect Ice type moves. And if it is raining, Kyogre will win with Water Spout. Kyogre FTW!
