Joltik is so cute! I mean, look at those eyes.

Joltik has the better design, so it gets my vote.

Joltik is SUPER EFFECTIVE against Wailord, plus HSOWA is worse than Joltik's cuteness and his unique type combinations, so I voted for him.

In terms of size, Wailord would so win. It could just body-slam Joltik and it is defeated. The end.

Joltik cause it's tiny and cute. I never cared about Wailord to be honest.

Joltik. <3 It's just so cute(this is coming from someone who's scared of spiders) & its typing's pretty interesting.

Wailord's okay, but not something I'd always have on my team.
