I'm sad Enbuoo has so much dislike because of the typing, but I can't really blame you. I just love its design too much to be bothered with rip off views and stats. Actually, Enbuoo is less than a rip off than 'ape, but whatever. I guess I'm biased in a way, but oh well. Go Enbuoo, not everyone dislikes you!

Enbuoo is very strong, and easy to use.

I was reading up on both Pokémon last night on Bulbapedia, and really dig where the idea for their design came from.

I prefer Infernape. I never liked him but his Black/White sprite has swayed me back in his favor; plus I really love Chimchar and Monferno. As I said in the Typhlosion vs. Enbuoo thread, I think Enbuoo would win in a battle, this time purely due to Boiling Water.

The Pig. My hatred for the monkey continues. Lousy rip-off.

Infernape is faster, one EQ and the pig is down, considering that the ape has a good nature, maybe Adamant. The pig could beat infernape if it manages to survive. Anyway, Embooa has good stats but it's speed definitely sucks.

I'm voting FireBeard, purely based on design. I love the patterns on it. Although, I really wished it were Fire/Dark :/ Oh well, I'm getting SmugSnake anyway.

Enbuoo because I like pigs and the fact it can learn Boiling Water amuses me more so than Infernape's large movepool and it being a refernce to Zhu Bajie and Ganon.

but, infernape is actualy usefull in battle.

The monkey. Its a monkey to begin with and its stats are great.

Infernape is much better than Enbuoo. However, I don't like Infernape's design.

When Gen IV first came out Infernape was my least favorite of the starters. After seeing it in the anime the Mon grew on me, and I used it as my starter after reseting Diamond for a 3rd time. It is now my favorite of the Sinnoh starters (I even have a Chimchar plushie <3)

That being said, I don't hate Enbuoo. It's design is great and it can learn Boiling Water, but it's the third Fire/Fighting starter we've had in a row =/ (Like it's been mentioned before, it should have been Fire/Dark.)

I like Infernape's design and he has better stats. So I'm going with Infernape.

The monkey. The only thing I dislike about Enboar is his face and maybe his arms.
