For now Genosect. I love the story surrounding it.

Genosect (well, "Genosekuto", actually) undoubtedly has some strong Bug-type moves to murder Mewtwo with. Give it a Scarf, and it's a clear winner. But it has to beware, because Mewtwo can pack fire.

I don't know too much about Genosect, so I'll say Mewtwo for now.

mewtwo kicks ass hands down come on he was party based off the most badass scaryest boss ever giygas.

allso it can learn flamethower witch = 1 hit K.O on genosect.

but still ill say that genosect is my 2ed fav gen 5 legendary right behind zekrom

No. It's a ripoff of Mewtwo. Essentially, it was made by an evil team, just like Mewtwo.

But yeah. Genosect. A freakin' genetically altered ancient bug with a plasma canon on it's back. Plus,it has an awesome background.

Mewtwo for me. Genosect is fairly cool, but looks kind of silly. Also, it's very far from even coming close to being one of the most powerful Pokémon out there.

Mewtwo still looks wicked, is damn powerful, and keeps on kicking posterior. BW also finally gave him a Signature Move. Plus, Genosect stands no chance. Mewtwo is faster, and would fry the thing before it can do anything.

Mewtwo for me. After seeing its past in the anime, I kinda feel bad, yet it was great. And after I read the manga, it instantly earned my respect.

Mewtwo wasn't created by an evil team. Thats the anime.

But yes, Genosect is Mewtwo's expy. No one can deny that.

I'll chose, Genosect because I hate Mewtwo.

Genosect has a really interesting backstory, with that kind of alteration. Also, Genosect has the privilege of being the first Bug legendary Pokemon as of far. He can even "Download" his attacks based on his foes too, which makes him a real "predator".

Gesosect has traits of both Mewtwo and Arceus, as it is artificiality modified, and can change the type of its attack whit items.

I looked more into it. Genosect sounds nice and all, but the design kinda puts me off. I'm also quite fond of Mewtwo's new move, Psycho Break.

Thus, Mewtwo secures its place as my favorite of the two, as well as a one-hit KO on Blissey.
