Feraligatr vs Swampert

VS

Feraligatr and Swampert don't really have much in common. They both concentrate on the physical side of the spectrum but Feraligatr is better built to attack whereas Swampert is better suited for defense. Feraligatr has two weaknesses, Swampert has one big one. Aside from that, there's not really much more to compare these Starters with.

I prefer Feraligatr. I don't care that Swampert is the best Water Starter around and quite possibly the best Starter, period. I'm choosing Feraligatr because of it's great design, the fact that it was my first Pokemon ever and the fact that he tears shit up with his amazing offenses. Swampert just never appealed to me. I dunno why, I just never liked it.

Feraligatr wins because it has the cooler design and it was my first Mon.

I think I may have accidentally voted Feraligatr, but my choice goes to Swampert hands down.

Even though I say that anything that gets Dragon Dance is epicly epic, Swampert is even more epic than epicly epic.

i love them both :( while 'Gatr was my 1st poke, 'Pert isn't something i like to mess with D:> it's only on my "i love you" list when i'm the one using it xD

Feraligatr makes a fair sweeper due to Dragon Dance.

Swampert is ugly. Feraligatr FTW.

Swampert. Its better in many cases. Before Swampert, Feraligatr was my main Water type.

STAB Earthquake and electric immunity is just too good to miss. That and it could quite easily storm most of the Hoenn leaders. Plus Ice Beam for flying/grass types and you're onto a winner.

I vote Swampert, I never liked Feraligatr, I onlu picked him once in GSC, but then restarted the game cause I didn't like him. Swampert however, was a great starter in RSE, the fact that he alone got me through all the gyms is just amazing.
