    It's kind of hard, I usually love many starters each gen... hmmm... Right now I'd say Typhlosion is my favorite, but that has more to do with me needing a fire pokemon for my team.

    Blastoise had been my favorite for a while, Charizard I liked but never let it become a favorite. I also liked Venusaur. Feralligator I loved at the time of GS, but could never decide which I liked more, that or Typhlosion. Blaziken, Sceptile, and Swampert, I loved all three, but I kind of driven my desire of them down a bit due to their popularity, and also because I had a hard time of picturing myself owning them in the "What if pokemon were real?" topics, due to temperaments. Empoleon and Torterra are my favorites out of gen 4, but I liked Infernape a lot as well (only the temperament issue again). The only reason why they are not my favorites (and blastoise) is because I already like too many grass and water pokemon with Buizel and Cacturne being some of my favorite pokemon.
