Thread: Electric/Flying Showdown!

Alright, it's time to continue this Showdown Business! This time, it's the Electric/Flying club!

In the past, only Zapdos has the claim of being the only Electric/Flying Pokemon, thanks to the fact no other Pokemon possessed that typing. However, comes Generation 5. This generation introduces more Electric/Flying Pokemon, meaning that Zapdos' unique typing is no more. Here are the Pokemon with this typing, anyhow:

Zapdos! Emolga!

Thundurus! And let's not forget Rotom-S!

With that, let's answer these questions:
* To you, who're the useful ones (in-game or competitively)?
* Who has the looks for you?
* Who're the ONES for you?

I personally picked Emonga, Voltolos and Rotom-S. Emonga is quite cute, and being the first one to have a different typing for a main generation rodent deserves some merit. Voltolos is quite a speedy Pokemon that also happens to be powerful and can make sure opposing Pokemon doesn't try anything funny first with Mischievous Heart! And for Rotom-S...I chose it because I pity it for having a combination of Flying and Levitate. I guess you can say Zapdos isn't my type, even though he/she is very useful in battle.

Rotom-S for me. Voltolos just isn't my choice...

I'll go with Zapdos. It looks great and is possibly my favorite of the Bird Trio. Plus, I don't like the 5th Gen Electric/Flying Pokés too much. Emonga is cute at least, and way more useful than Pachirisu, so I pick him too.

Voltolos is a palette swap of the other two, which makes him meh, even if he has great Stats. Not to mention, the exact same Stat spread as Tornelos. It's a shame, he'd be cool otherwise.

Fan Rotom is among my least favorite Rotom forms, alongside Wash Rotom. Plus, Electric/Flying + Levitate... redundancy at its best.

So yeah. Zapdos and Emonga for me.

Emonoga is cute. Volotos is horrible looking. Zapdos is my fave of the bird trio. I always forget Rotom S.

Voltolos gets my vote, considering its a genie that shoots lightning.

It's gonna have to be Zapdos. I don't particularly care for the others.

Zapdos. It's origin is way cooler. And it was the orginal one.

Emonga. It's adorable and the others don't spark my interest a lot.

Half the Pokemon here are Legendary. Wonder if that gives them an edge?

Anyway, I choose Zapdos. It's my second favorite of the bird trio and one of my favorite legendary Pokemon.

The Djinn thing is just not my type, never liked Rotom (or any of it's forms) and I'm not into Pikachu ripoff ripoffs. So yeah, Zapdos is the only one I like here.

Voltolos even thought zapdos was one of my first lvl 100s and i still use him usely in my team today but voltolos is just to cool and i must have one on my team for white and he gets nasty plot witch just makes him a epic win!
