This time around, we are pitting the monstrous Pokemon against our aerial friends, and again, none of these Pokemon overlapped both Egg Groups, so there won't be any conflict. Here's the list of Pokemon in each Egg Group:

(I am going to take the risk by using the unannounced English names too, so bear with me on this one)
Flying Group

As cool as the flying group is, I'm gonna have to give the vote to the Monster group. It's just made of pure, beastly win.

Why is Ampharos in that group of all things? It seems too cute. o_O

Anyway, vote goes to monster with the truck–loads of moves they can learn.

Pidgeot + Togekiss = win. Two of my favorites.

The Monster group gets my vote. Hello, Aggron? That's win right there.

Some of the most awsome pokemon in the game belong in there so im sticking with them.

Sorry, I hadn't read the Contest Hall Index before, thank you for letting me know.

The Monster group has several of my favorite Pokémon, and the Pokémon in it are stronger overall than the Flying-type group.

Which group has the overall better designs?
Monster group, some of the Pokémon in there have the best designs of the games (Aggron, Swampert, Torterra, Nidoking).
Which group is the more useful one (non-competitive/competitive)?
The Flying group is the most useful non-competitive-wise, because most of them can work as Fly-slave. Some can also work well competitively, like ParaFlinch Togekiss, Aerodactyl, Skarmory, Crobat. The Monster group is the most useful battle-wise however, because some of them are among the strongest (Tyranitar, Aggron, Garchomp)
Who will win between them?
Monster group, easily.
Which group do you prefer overall?
The Monster group.
