I'll go with Dewgong, because cloyster is ugly and dewgong learns better moves.

I agree with Cloyster being ugly (though not really ugly), but I disagree about Dewgong learning better moves.
Infact, Cloyster has a way way way better movepool than Dewgong.
Cloyster is better in all aspects than Dewgong. Even in design, Dewgong is boring.
This poll is a mismatch if taken seriously.

i think cloyster is better, but personally i'm a bigger fan of Dewgong.
