To be honest, I prefer Clefable. It can leann moves such as Metronome and MeteorMash.

I personally prefer Clefable myself.

As to who wins the battle, this is tough, because both of them have ways to stall the other out, but I think Clefable when both battles. Clefable can affect Blissey with status by Toxic or passing the dreaded Toxic Orb to her, or can even use physical attacks on her. Clefable is also a little faster than Blissey, so that's good also. And because Blissey cannot stall Clefable with status or badly damage with attacks, Clefable walls Blissey (That's assuming Blissey doesn't Skill Swap first!). If only Clefable has a base HP of 100, then Clefable is the clear winner!

As for who is the more useful one, I think both have their uses, but ultimately, when serving as a supporter role and special wall, Blissey is hands down better. However, Clefable has some tricks up her sleeve too. She has Belly Drum, Cosmic Power, Wish (Blissey needs to get it in an event), Trick (very useful with ability), physical moves (except Seismic Toss), Reflect (Blissey also has Light Screen) and Fake Tears to name a few, so I am inclined to say that Clefable is the more useful Pokemon hampered by relatively low stats.

Again, I prefer Clefable any day.

Clefable would win 1 on 1 if carrying physical attacks.
Blissey is more usefull though.

Clefable is better. Blissey can be KO'd in one hit with almost any move when it is at lvl 100 and has 586 health. I know from experience.

Clefable has better stats.

Clefable has Meteor Mash. You're instantly awesome the moment you can use that.

Agreed. Cosmic Power is pretty cool too.

I prefer Blissey, due to it's amazing defense abilities.

A great Sp. Defense, coupled with a planet-sized HP? Yes, please. I almost always use my Kyousachi.

Blissey. I hate it so much, but its so useful

Well the longest battle i ever fought was against a chansey so even though i never battled blissey, the fact that it's previous stage gave me so much trouble it must be a very strong pokemon.
And besides i don't like that so-called fairy with eye-bags.

Clefable for the win. Love it.

Blissy has great sp. def and stupid amounts of hp, but almost any physical attack will do serious damage to her, so her usefulness is limited.
