Shandera, no contest.
Drapion. No contest. Giant poisonous scorpion vs floating chandelier? No contest at all.
I'm gonna say Shandera. I keep forgetting Drapion exists.
Shanderaa. It has a guaranteed spot on my team, named Alice. Its special attack rules, and it's one of the few cute and cool final 3-stage evos. I don't even have to say the best of these epic Pokémon. *cough*Meganium*cough*

Drapion looks so much better. Never liked Shandera.

Drapion's cute in a weird way. That whatever other Pokémon? Not so much...
Shandera. It looks so awesomely creepy.
Drapion. It has arms coming from its head, how is it losing to a chandelier!
Shanderaa is my favorite Pokémon, while I've never really thought about Drapion.
I haven't given Drapion much thought, to be honest.
Anyway, Shandera has an amazingly good design, stats and is just generally cool. It's had a secured spot on my BW team for a while now.
Though I like them both much, I give my vote to Shandera. I like Shandera's design :)
