Who is the best Torrentialist?

Meh, my favorite is Blastoise. It and Swampert are also the most useful ones on the list in general (one as a SR user and one as a spinner, interestingly enough.)

As for who can abuse Torrent better, probably Feraligatr or Empoleon, who have all the best stats and moves to devastate the opponents once they set up. Samurott is good too, but it's too generic to stand out in any way.

Anyway, it's not like any of them really want to abuse Torrent. They all have better things to do.

What envoy said. Empoleon is a better abuser of torrent but I prefer swampert because he can fill mudkiple(I so wanted to say this:p) roles like tanking, cursing(using the move!), setting up sr or surprising ferrothorn with a CB set.
