Who would win? Both of them is poison type(toxicroak is poison fighting type)
And both of their design is cool.

me? I pick toxicroak. Because it unique typing and the design. It also one of my favorite pokemon. It has good movepool and very useful in battle because it strong and can weaken enemies with poison. Arbok is good, but I like toxicroak because the design. And typing. Oh, and toxicroak is easier to level up than arbok. That's what I think...

Arbok has a cooler design, although it is weaker. Still, Toxicroaks design is almost as good as Arboks.

I agree with you. I really liked both design, but I pick toxicroak because its movepool and the typing

Toxicroak is a better battler, and can use several better moves.

I prefer toxicroak for better stats

Toxicroak has a better movepool and a better design. Toxicroak for me.

Toxicroak is generally better than Arbok.

I'm going for Arbok. I love that guy. Toxicroak is freaking awesome and has a great design, but I vote for Arbok.

I choose Toxicroak because of its typing, its ability, its color and its design.

I choose Toxicroak. It's better in battles, has a batter design, and I don't really enjoy Arbok, partly because of my fear of snakes.

Toxicroak. I like the idea of a fighting frog.

I've always liked Arbok for some reason, plus Toxicroak is toast when it comes to Psychic types.
