I should really finish my next chapter. I would've done it last night, but I got invited to a D&D session with a bunch of my friend's coworkers. It's amazing how well beer and roleplaying go together Tonight I'm playing with my regular group, and tomorrow we're all going to the Renaissance Faire.

Yup. I haven't played that many campaigns, though. The first one I tried to make a druid, but I had absolutely no idea of what I was doing, so I don't really count it. This current campaign is semi-custom, so my character's class is called a "Spell Channeler." Basically, I can cast spells through my sword (though only certain kinds), and also do massive amounts of damage with it regularly. For the campaign I got invited to last night, I tried my hand at playing a paladin. I think it went well.

Hm. I'm a psion in the one campaign I've ever played (and am playing). Have only been through a few sessions so far, and it's as fun as I'd expected it to be. Feeling I'm doing pretty good for my first campaign.

I got nominated for best dark fic and best newcomer, I really hope I win, thought most likely not :P

New chapter for my fic coming out this weekend! Expect a lot of writing over the next two weeks, their both gonna be 3 day weeks so I'll have plenty of days off and that means plenty of time to type stories!!

As I've probably said before, you should just be glad you got nominated for Best Newcomer. I didn't and I wanted it too...

Glad I got nominated for something at all though, of course!

Indeed. Part of the reason the Awards are done by judging panel is because when it was done entirely by user voting there were too many complaints of it being little more than a popularity contest.

All you can do is to cross your fingers, best of luck you two :)

Anyway, the septic tank I talked about earlier, has finally been emptied. Feels great breathing fresh air once again :)

Here's a question: Have you ever had a chapter/episode that just wrote itself?
