You know, when they introduced Team Flare as being all about beauty and what not, I was was pretty skeptical. But it turned out to be a somewhat believable and well done story.

Also I laughed really hard at their pre-battle thing where they made an F with their arms. Someone with art talent really needs to draw Lysandre and the admins as the Ginyu Force.

Does anyone else on here not own X/Y yet, or am I the sole one of us to have not yet ventured into the 3D? :P I am unsure about getting it, as despite the Mega Evolutions and that, I am struggling to think of six Pokemon I would actually want to train to Level 100; I only have three definite ones at the moment.

You don't have to train Pokemon to lv. 100 to use Mega Evolution, AT. They can Mega evolve as soon as they reach their final form and you have the Mega Ring and the correct Mega Stone. :P

Also, I've heard that raising stuff to lvl 100 is a ton easier this game with the experience share, Pokemon Amie, and O-Powers, so it might not be as daunting of a task as you think?

    I haven't picked up X/Y or even B/W. So you're not alone.

@Kelleo: I did not mean training them to Level 100 so they can Mega Evolve, I meant that I always train my Pokemon to Level 100 in games so it feels like more of an accomplishment, and there simply arent enough Pokemon in X/Y that I would actually want to bother training. I have essentially trained all the previous Gen Pokemon I'd want to train.
    @Elysia: See above ^
@Caitlin: White and White 2 have probably been my favourite of the gens yet, I would recommend getting them if you get the chance :) They will probably about $5 now anyway now that X/Y are out.

@AceTrainer14;: Oh, I see now, my mistake. xP

X/Y are really awesome though, imo. Although there isn't much of a post-game, admittedly. I think this is their only real flaw though.

I would say the story is a bit slow, and some characters don't get much development...

Oh hey, that's right - I should change mine :3 I love the little snowflake things

In other news...I'm starting to get really worried. It has now been nearly an entire year since I have written ANYTHING. I have no idea how to get any ideas back into my head, let alone have any kind of motivation to put pen to paper (so to speak). Every time I try, whatever I end up with is so shit that I don't even feel like I deserve to call myself a writer anymore.

So I had the most bizarre dream that I had gotten an early version of Grand Theft Auto 6, which had a hidden island in the middle of the ocean. For some reason, Mewtwo and Rhydon were on this island smashing away at each other until I got in range, when Mewtwo killed me instantly with a lightning bolt. I have the most bizarre dreams sometimes.
@Feliciano; Sometimes getting back into the flow of something means doing extremely poor at that thing until you've found a groove again. Just keep at it and you'll get back to the level you were at before.

Speaking of strange dreams, I had one the other night where I was in the world of the Hunger Games except I was in a prison/school dystopian island thing. What was weirder was that the dream had started off in a shopping mall :/

And I agree with Caitlin's advice; keep writing until things start working again, or read over and rewrite bits of your story until you find it clicks. I also find reading a good book/watching a good drama helps to get ideas flowing.

You know what that sounds like? DEPRESSION (WOO)!

I've been pretty depressed what with this college BS and relationship problems that I've been going through, but I'm starting to come out of it.

I dunno your life or anything, though, so I can't say you're suffering from depression like I have been, but I do know that a good book in a similar genre to what I want to write tends to help.
