I like Family Guy, South Park, and a bunch of other shows. Not too good with names :P
anime-wise, i love blue exorcist and wolf's rain.
OMG HELLSING. i was thinking of watching that but never got around to it. how is it?
I haven't been watching much TV since I went to uni, but I really like The Big Bang Theory. Have you guys ever seen it?
Hellsing's awesome. I only started watching it yesterday, but it's still pretty good. I usually watch all my anime online, on one of those sites with a bunch of video players and links. But I've been using the Web long neough to know which ones are good and which aren't. May be the reason why I watch movies online, too (No Netflix or anything like that. Just random sites)
Never seen the Big Bang theory or How I Met My Mother. Are they good?
What would be all of you all's favorite animes or manga?
How I met your mother is a show about a father who tells his kids stories of his youth with the eventual goal being how he met their mother which is in turn one of the biggest mysteries of the show. It's kind of like Friends since it's about a group of friends going through their daily life and sometimes the father even alters the events of his stories and stuff.
The Big Bang Theory is basically dedicated to giving nerds a chance. The main characters are all different archetypes of nerds and each of the episodes show how they live, the cast is completed by the protagonist's neighbor who's a hot girl that he has a crush on. The show has changed slightly though, there is now an even cast of three girls and four guys and most of the episodes are split between multiple problems that each of the character encounters.
Favorite anime? that's a hard question I really can't pick on this one I've watched tons of animes ever since I was a little kid I just can't really decide on which one I think is good enough to take the cake since they're all awesome in their own way.
My favourite manga is either Bakuman or Liar Game.
I know Flaze knows Bakuman, but are any of you familiar with these?
Bakuman's good xD It's definitely one of the better mangas I've read but it still isn't the best.
Huh, Stellar Haze, that sounds interesting, I guess.
Yeah, I've heard of Bakuman. It's written by the same guy who wrote Death Note, right? Never bothered to check out Bakuman, but Death Note is an all time favorite of mine. I've only seen the anime, though. Actually, now that I think about, I pretty much only see the anime version for most of the mangas out there. I don't really read much manga, knowing that there's a show out there that brings those characters to life.
Some of my favorites are Bleach, Full Metal Alchemist (Season 1), Death Note, Code Geass, Hellsing, and Soul Eater. Can't think of any others for now.
for manga, i like death note, blue exorcist, inu-yasha, and seven days.
as for anime, basically the same as manga except add wolf's rain, hetalia, and ginga densetsu weed.
Yeah but some animes stop at a point in which the manga still keeps going (Bleach just ended while the manga is still going) plus you're also ahead since you know what will happen.
Though Bakuman is something that should be checked out by everyone, it's the opposite of Death Note but it's very touching and heartwarming at its core.
"Bakuman"? Don't you all mean Bakugan?
Anyway, I don't really watch much anime myself, but I do enjoy a few of them.
Bakuman - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Honestly before I saw it I thought they were related too but they're completely different, Bakuman is probably one of the few mangas that don't have any sort of super action fights or fights in general but can still manage to be awesome.
Plus Bakugan doesn't have a manga it's an original anime, an albeit unpopular one in Japan which is funny since it's its country of origin.
