There are these things called libraries. :P

As for me, I can't think of the last book I read. I think it was The Giver, and that was over half my life ago...

There is something great about owning the book thought that I love and being able to hold it in my hands. I love that, that's why using ebooks is sometimes quite weird for me. I don't mind but I do like the real thijg. Sometimes you can get both in one purchase now though which is good.

What are all your thoughts on ebooks?

I would rather read a physical book than something from a screen. I seem to want to read more when I have the book in my hands. I have noticed that I don't want to read as much when I'm reading on a screen.

Completely agree! It's the same here, when you have the physical thing in your hand it sort of spurs you on to read more!!

I have the same feeling when reading an e-book, it just doesn't feel right. Besides, I get easily distracted by something else, which I wouldn't be with a physical book.

I enjoy e-books more. I like being able to quickly swipe to turn pages. I also like being able to look up words I don't know with a push of my fingers.

I don't actually have a Kindle or a Nook or anything, but there's just something about the smell of a new book, and the feel of the crisp, new pages...

Yeah, reading an actual book isn't the same. I mean I feel more comfortable reading an actual physical book because...well I guess I get distracted less easily as if it was through the Internet. I was wondering, can people publish book through ebooks? or is it just for books that have already been published physically.

Yeah, many self-publishers allow you to publish e-books without also printing physical copies.
