For the new Gen.5 Pokemon, here is what I would do:

    Wargle -> Wargles
Chillarmy -> Chillarmies (at least before they release the English name)

And everything else is left alone.
The word "quadragonal" is the only word with "dragon" in it where "dragon" is not a root word. That makes it awesome.

I use the Portmanteau method myself.

For narration and characters who are familiar with Pokémon, I use the Bulbapedia method. For characters who are less familiar with the setting, I may have them use the portmanteau or "S" method. Giving different characters different pluralization methods—and even different pronunciations—can help them seem more like individuals.

YouTube projects advertised are in early development and subject to change.

Usually the Bulbapedia method or the S method (although never putting an 's' on the word "Pokémon")... the Portmanteau method is kind of confusing.
Actually, I don't use any of those methods... I usually just use whatever sounds the best for that particular Pokémon. Which I guess turns out to be similar to the Portmanteau method a lot of the time, although not following a strict set of rules.

Singular and plural are one and the same. Unlike capitalisation, I was under the impression that this was never even open for discussion. :P

Pokemons are for those who don't have respect for the franchise imo

The bulbapedia method makes the most sense to me.

I mostly stick to the Bulbapedia method. Very few pokemon species sound right when pluralized any other way, so it's mostly for consistency's sake.

Yeah, I almost always use the Bulbapedia method, because it usually sounds best.
Crack some heads for me, darlings. Thank you, and good night.

Bulbapedia Method. Most common style that I see. I've grown so used to it that any other method looks/sounds odd to me.

I use whatever feels right, heck, whenever I have to use a new pokémon species' plural form I spend around an hour trying to decide how to say it since I know that once I pick it I have to stick with it for the whole story. Last time that happened was with starlys vs starlies, since starly didn't feel right. So I guess I'm the suffix method

Ordinarily, the grammatical pedant in me finds solutions to this sort of thing obvious, but this one is rather aggravating. The "S" method is not even worth considering, and since no one has voted for it, it appears most people think likewise. The "portmanteau" method at first appeases my inner pedant, but when actually applied, it's quite inelegant. A supermajority of species names simply cannot be easily treated in this fashion.

The "official method", though simple, consistent and somehow sensible, grated for a while until I realised that in Japan, there are no plurals. This vaguely nonsensical logical leap to "therefore pokémon aren't pluralised!" is obviously a silly justification for the most appealing method, but it works~

An aside: I thoroughly condemn the hideous aberration that is "Pokemons". Likewise the vile anathema that is "PKMN". Excuse me while I comically wash out my mouth with soap before regretting everything.
