Default PREVIEW: The Clandestine Saga Part I: SAYA

    Every life is a story...
    I thought reality was hard…
    A radiant sun… `Good morning!´ [sleepy eyes; yawn]
    not everyone could succeed
and all stories have a beginning.
    But I could never imagine
    A sweet fragrance `Goodbye, Mom!´[spring morning; chirp]
    It was this… brutal
    But what if your story...
    *
Icy cold `Let’s get out of here´ [shiver of fear; shriek]
    I only wanted to travel
Is one you’d rather not read?
    To fight in the League
Drops of red `What… is that?´ [dead body; scream]
    But… this… what happened...
It all started the day I met… him
    It changed us forever
Unbridled fear `Why... WHY ARE YOU HERE!?´[stinging pain; silence]

    Protect... [ego;]

    Protect... [desire;]

I WANT TO PROTECT! [lust;] ...you

You've protected me all this time [fear;]

Today... it's my turn to protect you! [LOVE;]

    ...[silence]

    ...[utter blackness]

    ...light

    "You have finally awoken"

One girl and her partner set out on a journey to become... someone
An innocent wish born from faint dreams and crushed hopes
But her journey will be all but innocent, as she is dragged into something big
Bigger than herself, bigger than any human
Her bonds will be stretched, her mind put to the test
Soon she is driven by one simple, leading question:
    Where do I belong?

The Clandestine Saga, Part 1: SAYA

Starting this May - a journey that will change the world of pokemon - forever!

Our senses are dictated by our mind
    Our senses dictate our mind
What we perceive and think cannot be trusted
So, girl, I ask you this:
    What is existence?
    What is nothingness?
    What is life?
    What is death?
    ...
    What are you?

End of preview. Hope the experimental format was worth the time it took to plan it.

Well, this was interesting. The format was very much like a movie trailer.

I'm very intrigued, and can't wait.

    COMING SOON!

Thanks! I hope everyone'll enjoy it. The story itself will occasionally have this kind of unnatural format (in select scenes where I deem it appropriate) as well, so I hope people find it intriguing and/or interesting to read!

I actually really liked it, it's kind of unique. I might even use it myself, for previews of next chapter, or the like.

It does indeed sound interesting. There's a lot of mystery and intense emotions in this preview. The format of course helped this. Looking forward to it! :)

This looks really interesting. I like your experimental format, it's something I've never really seen before. This looks like a story to keep up with.

The experimental format won't be a heavy feature in the actual fic, only in certain scenes ;)

But I deeply appreciate the feedback!

I like this formatting; I wonder how long it took you to put together!
There's a very strong "movie trailer" vibe here, I think it works. Intriguing indeed.

I just cooked yp the idea in a few minutes, really, and I spent a few more trying to fine-tune it :P

    Thanks!
